Discover your dosha
A two-minute quiz gives you your balance of Vata, Pitta and Kapha — as percentages, not a personality label. Retake it whenever it stops feeling true.
Ancient wisdom · modern measurement
Your body has a blueprint.
Arogya helps you read it.
Classical Indian ragas, matched to your Ayurvedic constitution and the hour you're listening — alongside a daily wellness score read from your Apple Watch.
Free to download. iPhone and Apple Watch.
Hear the right raga
Classical Indian melodies, chosen for your constitution and for the time of day — following the traditional samay system Hindustani musicians have used for centuries. A raga for a Wind-type evening is not the raga for an Earth-type morning.
See your day clearly
Connect Apple Health and Arogya reads your heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen and steps to compute a daily Index — five signals, honestly weighted, with anything missing left out rather than counted as zero.
The difference
Chosen, not shuffled.

What we won't claim
No frequency claims. No promise that a particular tone treats a particular ailment.
Where a piece is chosen for its mood rather than its traditional hour, Arogya says so. Where a reading is inferred from something else — a mood tone read from your heart-rate variability, for instance — it names the signal it actually used.
Arogya reads from Apple Health. It never writes anything back. The dosha quiz is a self-assessment, not a diagnosis, and the Index is a wellness score, not a medical measurement.
The foundation
What is a dosha?
Ayurveda identifies three energetic constitutions that govern how your body and mind operate. Understanding yours is the first step toward bringing it back into balance.
Vata
Air & Space
The wind — quick, creative, always moving
Pitta
Fire & Water
The sun — sharp, intense, focused
Kapha
Earth & Water
The forest — calm, nurturing, grounded
"Built for Apple Watch users who already track their health — and want to understand what to do about it."
